Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop high performance system and network applications on Linux, FreeBSD or other UNIX platforms
• Develop Cloud based (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) networking services
• Develop and maintain CI workflows of testable, maintainable code
• Develop and Improve internal tooling and automation
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, address functional and performance issues
• Develop modern, user-friendly Frontends for existing or new Services

Qualifications and Requirements

• Programming knowledge: C/C++/Shell/Python/Other
• Good Linux background

• Knowledge of Internet technologies (e.g. HTML, XML), and internetworking protocols (e.g. IP, TCP and HTTP)
• Excellent verbal and written Greek and English communication skills
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making

Desirable attributes

• Software development experience, tools and methodologies
• Exposure to  cloud services: OpenStack/AWS/Azure/Google Cloud
• Exposure to VMware and/or XenServer virtualization environments
• Knowledge of Javascript, HTML5, AngularJS or similar frameworks
